How are perishable items shipped?
Perishable items are shipped in insulated packaging with gel ice packs via expedited delivery to ensure they arrive fresh and at the proper temperature.
Can I return or exchange gourmet food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if a product arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will issue a full replacement or refund.
